Exterior Changes

Beginning October 1, 2019, most exterior changes to your home require a review process with the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and a final approval from the Board of Directors before any work can begin.

Step 1 of 3

Review the Architectural Guidelines. This is a Quick Start document that lists the home exterior items which require approval and items that do not require approval. For additional information about our neighborhood rules and regulations, click here  to review the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.

Step 2 of 3

Download the Architectural Control Committee Submission Form and complete the form. Scan / Save the completed form and  organize supporting documents such as drawings, renderings, and dimensions. of the proposed work or changes.

Step 3 of 3

Email the Architectural Control Committee. Attach the completed Submission Form with supporting documents.
