English Farms

Our neighborhood has a detention pond that is located at the base of the English Farms plan. A detention pond is a large basin that temporarily holds storm sewer water from the entire neighborhood and slowly drains the water into a pipe network down English Road. Our homeowners association is responsible for the maintenance of our detention pond.
